Chuck and I decided that we would take the Summer of 2013 off from going on missions overseas. We were spent. We have had a summer to reflect and rest, and it has been great for both of us, Evan as well.
With that being said, we are RESTED AND READY for Africa 2014! We are anxiously anticipating what the Lord is going to do as we prepare to go and serve. I love the preparation time. It's a time of truly focusing in on God and being still before Him. A time to listen. As much as I love this time, it is also difficult, because once the Lord reveals a piece of the puzzle, I'm ready to run full throttle to the finish line!
As we are praying and seeking what God would have us do and share, we ask that you would pray along with us!! And if you feel like God is calling you to Africa...COME ON!! We have a seat just for you!!
